I will be your support coach or accountability partner. Who can give you a nudge or redirect you if you start to go off-piste. I can’t do the work for you, but I will guide you every step of the way.   

This 6 week Health Coaching course does not include personalised nutrition advice.  However, it does support you in achieving your health and wellness goals through weekly coaching sessions. This course starts at £340.
